Terrance and Brenna got married on June 2nd, 2018 at the Unitarian Universalist Society church in Coralville. They stayed true to their style: easy going and straight to the point! They say they wouldn’t change a thing and both joke that they just wanted to “stand up, get married, and celebrate” – so that they did! Brenna stunned in a dress that would make even a Disney princess swoon (seriously though – is Brenna actually a Disney princess!?) that she paired with white lace bejeweled Nike tennis shoes (being a personal trainer), and they even had their dog, Finley, join in on the festivities!
According to Terrance and Brenna, their simple yet gorgeous wedding day was the result of “amazing help and support from all our wedding party, friends, family, and an amazing photographer that made the entire day picture perfect!” See some of their fun details in the photos below – and be sure to check out their engagement session post HERE.
Brenna’s advice to future brides: “Relax, keep it simple, and don’t sweat the small stuff! I know it’s really fun to get on PInterest and try to incorporate all the fancy details but it’s super easy to get caught up in all that and cause yourself more stress and more work! Truly at the end of the day, it’s not about the caterers, centerpieces, or anyone else’s opinion. No one’s going to look back and remember what kind of flowers you used or the favors you gave out. The day is about two beautiful people sharing their love and happiness with those that mean the most to them.”
